Here is a list of super fruits and veggies as well as what to avoid that I recommend to all of my OT kids/families.

Fruit:
-red apples
-bananas
-red grapes
-any of the melons like watermelon, honeydew melon, etc.
-oranges/tangerines
-dark cherries
-pears
-any of the berries like strawberries, blackberries, etc.
-wild blueberries (you can get these in the frozen food section they are called Wyman's and this is one of the most important fruits to add if she will allow maybe in a smoothie)
-coconut in any form, I use coconut milk and water in a lot of my cooking and smoothies

**Mixing some of these into a smoothie may help and I'd add some raw honey too as this is very good for kids as well. For me, I have a cup of frozen wild blueberries, a small handful of frozen berries mentioned above, a tsp of raw honey, aloe vera juice, coconut water, and either cranberry juice or orange juice and then blend it all together. The frozen fruit thickens it up into a lovely smoothie. Just a suggestion.

Veggies:
-asparagus
-cucumbers
-lettuce including spinach leaves mixed into the salad
-white potatoes (believe it or not)
-sweet potatoes
-onions
-celery
-broccoli
-cauliflower

Misc:
-garlic
-oregano
-rosemary
-sage
-thyme
-aloe vera (they have a liquid form at any health food store or I get mine from Amazon and it's called George's 100% Aloe Vera)

Things to avoid as they cause internal inflammation:
-gluten
-MSG
-GMO's
-cow's milk and not too much cheese as it is made of cow's milk (substitute almond
  and/or coconut milk
-corn
-soy
-eggs (for some people maybe not your child)
-canola oil (especially for children, this is a bad oil)
-artificial sweeteners
