The benefits of yoga with kids is quite amazing. Here are just a few of the areas yoga can work on:
-Developing body awareness -Learning how to used their bodies in a healthy way -Helps to manage their stress and anxiety through breathing, awareness, meditation, and healthy movement -Builds concentration skills -Can increase their confidence and positive self-image -They feel a part of a healthy, non-competitive group -Yoga is also a very good alternative to constantly being "plugged-in"
